Lulu is one of the best supports available,but she can not only be supporting her temmates,she can deal EPIC damage thanks to her glitterlance,and she can make sure that she hits her opponent thanks to help pix!at early game she can deal lotsa damage and catch enemies off gaurd because of her epic slows.at late game she can barely even feel turret attacks and deal TONS O DAMAGE!

I decided to select the runes as they are so lulu deals even more damage,and i put some runes to give her extra mana

glitterlance is lulus best skill and can deal lotsa damage,all trough the game.I decided that whimsy should be maxed after because of its speed boost.help pix should be brought second because of its added range but its not really important till very late game.as always ultis should be maxed immediately.

sorcorers shoes give lulu even more magic penetration for early game pwnage.
morellos evil tome helps lulu with her mana starvation AND gives her even more ability power and cooldown reduction never hurts.
ryalis crystal sceptre gives her her much needed health,EVEN MORE ability power AND even more slowing power
rabadons deathcap is an obvious choice,FOR PWNAGE
shurielas reverie hlps lulu even more with her mana starvation,makes her even more hard to kill and helps her allies with even more speed boosts
deathfire grasp is kinda a random choice,feel free to add another rabadons deathcap or something with ap
