Hello! My name is ENFIRE, i've been playin LoL since a bit over a year now and I can say that it was about time I contributed to the community. This is a brief starting build for Lulu as I will be updating it to make it better. If you guys feel something isn't right or that it could be better please let me know.

I decided to make a Lulu build because I feel that she has a great potential, as a bruiser and a support. Also because I felt like making one :]. Later on I will add a full AP build and a full support build, I made this AP/Support because I felt like it's a good champ for a combination of both.

*Please note this is my first build so be easy on me :]

Lulu, I feel, is a great support, and if built right she can:

1.- Support her team with her lovely shield and her lovely buffs.
2.- Demolish with her Glitterlance and Help, Pix!.

That said, I feel she is a great champ for AP and Support players, as this guide has a bit of both, I think you guys will fit in just right with Lulu. Also she needs quite some skill to master as her Glitterlance is a skillshot, better said, a "Double skillshot" as her peculiar little friend Pix, Faerie Companion also sends the skillshot from Glitterlance. Also her passive Pix, Faerie Companion is great! You have this fairy chasing you all the time and it aids you and your team!

I will post her skills and some fun facts and tips later on.
As I progress my skills with her, I will be updating this build to better the needs of it.

Perhaps more than any other champion in the League, Lulu marches to the beat of her own drum. During her youth in Bandle City, she spent most of her time wandering alone in the forest or lost in a daydream. It wasn’t that she was antisocial; the day-to-day bustle of Bandle City just couldn’t compete with the vibrant world of her imagination. She saw wonder in places most people overlooked. This was how she found Pix, a fae spirit, pretending to be stuck in a birdhouse. Lulu’s imagination distinguished her to Pix, and he seized the opportunity to lure her into his life. He brought her to the Glade, the enchanted home of the fae, which lay nestled in a clearing in the woods. There the rigid properties of the outside world - things like size and color - changed as frequently and whimsically as the direction of the wind. Lulu felt at home in the Glade and she lingered there with Pix, fascinated by this secret place.


She quickly lost track of time. Her life in the Glade was comfortable, natural. She and Pix played fae games together, the sorts of games that she had been told were “only pretend,” and she got exceedingly good at them. It caught her by surprise when she suddenly remembered that she had left a life behind in Bandle City. The Glade had a way of making everything outside seem distant and surreal. Lulu decided to revisit her former home, to share some of the lovely things she’d learned, but when she and Pix returned the world had changed. Time, she discovered, was another property that behaved differently in the Glade, and centuries had passed while she was away. Lulu sought to reconnect to the residents of the outside world, but her attempt had unfortunate results. She led all the children off to play hide and seek, temporarily changing them into flowers and animals to spice up the game, but their parents didn’t appreciate her efforts. When the yordles insisted that she leave their land, she turned to a vibrant, magic place where those with unusual gifts were not just accepted but adored: the League of Legends.

Pix, Faerie Companion -

Every auto-attack Lulu does, Pix, Faerie Companion will send 3 little homing bolts and will damage the enemy for magic damage.


Glitterlance -

Lulu and Pix, Faerie Companion fire a bolt that passes through enemies but will only damage them ONCE. If Pix, Faerie Companion is with another ally or enemy champion (result of Help, Pix!) , Pix, Faerie Companion will send Glitterlance from her current position. Note that this can be very useful to kill fleeing enemy champions or aid your allies by creating a slow near them without getting too close.


Whimsy -

On ally cast: You give your teammate a movement speed and ability power buff.
On enemy cast: Polymorphs an enemy into a little critter, silences and slows him.


Help, Pix! -

On ally cast: You send Pix, Faerie Companion to aid your teammate by giving him a shield and having Pix, Faerie Companion attack them each time your teammate auto-attacks. (You pretty much transfer your passive to them for a little while)
On enemy cast: Pix, Faerie Companion deals magic damage to an enemy and gives vision of him for a brief amount of time. (combine this with Glitterlance to create a nice combo)


Wild Growth -

Lulu enlarges an ally, which knocks all enemies aside and slows them, she also grants health to your teammate.

Later on I will add this section because I believe she can handle a jungle pretty well. But for the moment I'll focus on a normal build.
