Hello, I am new to the MOBAfire community. I bought Lulu on release day and as a joke me and a friend tried Attack Speed Lulu. This turned into an On Hit Effect build which nicely cooperated with her passive. This build is if you are tired of supporting and getting assists.

Pros:
- Shred's Most Champs
- Built with a Slow, Silence (Essentially), and a knock-away!
Cons:
- Squishy if ganked (but who isn't)

There is not too much to this guide YET. I will be adding Video Tutorials better explaining this build tomorrow, as I said I am extremely inexperienced on creating these builds on MOBAfire, don't flame, I accept all suggestions.
