I like your build a lot. After unsuccessfully trying to use Lulu as a support character, I watched someone mow enemies down with a similar speed build. However, I think your build needs a small bit of tweaking.

You use Trinity Force and I see that as a problem. If you'll take a look at your AD, it's sitting at 141 (30 of which is given by TF). That means the most significant part of it, the Sheen proc, adds precious little to your damage output. Why is this significant? Because TF is EXPENSIVE! A good build considers cost and so if you're going to build a TF, it needs to be because you get significant mileage out of every aspect of it. You would be much better off building a Frozen mallet instead. This adds survivability and utility that your whole team can benefit from for 3/4 the cost. For this reason, you might also wan to put Ionic spark before Nahor's tooth. The extra health makes you less of an obvious first target in team fights and there is a cost difference, as well. Moreover, it helps your farming. You can replace Frozen Mallet later in the game if you find yourself mostly invincible and with gobs of cash.

I would also consider leveling up Whimsy before Help, Pix! The reason for this is because a great deal of your damage comes from Pix (nearly 40% of auto attack). When you send Pix out to damage your opponent with this spell, you lose about half of your autofire damage for the duration! Whimsy, by contrast, allows you to either catch a running opponent while increasing your GL damage or silencing and slowing them. Thus, Help, Pix should only be used as a finishing or shielding move (especially since it has a 10 second cd).

This Lulu shoots like a tank with a machine gun. They never see it coming, but with Lulu + Pix, just the auto attack hurts like a mofo. You have the range of an AD carry and you can support and save your melees to keep the other team away from you. Great build!!
