Your minions don't block Leona's E, and you always have to be in her range when you want to poke. If she is too aggressive, try to dodge her E and poke down, because this way she wont able to do her job: She will too low. If she is playing pretty good, your task is to protect your adc and really important to FOCUS THE ENEMY ADC.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw is the best adc with Lulu. Sadly he's not the comon pick recently. Kog'Maw's W is gain range his attacks and deal a percent of the target's maximum health as magic damage. Lulu's E aid his attacks so if you play Lulu with Kog'Maw, always shield him if he go into fight!

Champion Build Guide
I play LOL since 2015 on EUNE and I'm a support main. I have rank silver, but however in a lots of games I'm playing with platinum players if I just spame mage supports. Lulu is my heavy main. I've played with her everywhere.
I can play well with mage supports, but Lulu is the most effective champion among them I think. (Okay, depends on some things, but in general.)
