on is wasted item slot.. You do not need slow, AP bonus is nothing special and you should rely on your huge range to stay alive, instead of buying HP.
Also, might be good, but you put yourself in danger as you need to get closer to target to proc its passive.
is OK, but if enemies have higher amounts of MR is better choice.
Your runes are wrong, too. MR seals and AP glyphs? It should be opposite and you should know that MR seals are SECONDARY seals, while MR glyphs are PRIMARY, which means you get more MR from glyphs than from seals.

Sry I have to downvote, but this guide is far from good.. You cannot have a good unfinished guide, you will only get more downvotes. I suggest you to archive this guide and write a new one and FINISH IT before publishing it.
