Thank you for your feedback :)
The only main complain I have right now is that your guide is a bit messy. It's a bit hard to read with all the texts, so maybe try to organize it better so people will find it easier to read/understand. I think some more coding might help.
Good luck.
Tear and morellos delays your deathcap by 300 gold. I personally recommend upgrading tear after deathcap for that huge AP boost.
I tested building tear on Lux a lot, it is slightly slower to stack, but since tear was upgraded, u should usually get it fully build by the 25 minute mark. I recommend upgrading it after 500 stacks and after deathcap preferably ;)
AP/lvl is usually better on lux as well since they outscale the flat ones at 6-7(not sure if any of those runes changed, and cbf looking it up).
Not like you have kill potential before 6 without the jungler anyway.
Ignite isnt really that great either, TP is good otherwise ud wanna go Heal/barrier.
Don't particularly like Tear myself because the stacking rate is really slow on Lux, but ill upvote.
Tear late game can still run out of mana. Athenes basically cant.
You say you cant? Ive run double tear items and STILL ran out of mana.
Now you are twisting your argument and acting silly. I said many times tear WITH morellonomicon.
I think he just compared
Right now you're just being arrogant...
Tear costs time to stack
Tear as a standalone item doesn't solve your mana problems
Hence it delays your power spike

As long as you face an AP mid, athenes > tear + nomicon
Since you used very foul language in your posts, I assumed you were a troll making silly arguments. After reading GrandmasterD's comment, I can extrapolate that you lazily make an error in typing.
I also assume you are comparing Tear with Chalice of Harmony as very early item buys. Well, Tear provides 200 mana with +7 mana regen, and this flat mana constantly increases in intervals of 3. Chalice of Harmony provides 1% on the amount of mana missing per second alongside +8 mana regen.
Say for example Lux's at an early stage has 500 mana overall (end game she will have around 2000 mana). So mana font (passive of chalice of harmony) at would give approximately +2.5 mana regen (average of a max of +5 mana regen at 0 mana and min of +0 at 500 mana). So adding this to chalice's base mana regeneration of +7 mana regen per 5 seconds, you have in total 9.5 mana regen per 5 seconds (note this is Lux's early game stage).
Now Tear of the Goddess gives +250 mana and +6 mana regen per 5 seconds. Ignoring the +250 mana, all-in-all the difference in mana regen between chalice of harmony and tear of the goddess is +3.5 mana regen per 5 seconds (simply subtract 9.5 with 6). I personally 3.5 mana regen per 5 seconds bonus is not a huge difference compared to tear having 250 base mana.
If you want to be pedantic about costs. Tear costs 700 gold and chalice costs 880 gold. You already save 180 right at the start.
I might have made an error in my calculation but so far I think it seems correct.
Also note for everyone else, this is about buying tear on purchase. After purchase, it becomes almost exponentially more cost efficient. It is up to you to choose which item you prefer most. I think the Tear route is the best for Lux.

As long as you face an AP mid, athenes > tear + nomiconFix'd. Even then you'd generally just go Codex, Seeker's, Athene's, Zhonya.
