I've seen some builds of Lulu jungle in seasons 3 and 4, but now, with that epic item in the jungle Lulu can be one of the tops in jungle.
Im not trolling, just take the red buff and get some items, you'll understand me.

This Lulu build is based to be like a machine gun, that means you'll concentrate in building atack speed. Tons of atack speed. Dagger x99

Machine Gun Lulu needs to be carefully in the jungle. Start with the typical build. Try to bug the jungle, to be safer rush Ranger's Trailblazer.
Then build the atack speed//magical damage on hit item Ranger's Trailblazer - Devourer and boots, Sorcerer's Shoes or Mercury's Treads.
Build faster the core items Wit's End and Blade of the Ruined King.

Choose the 2 last options on the rest of the items I've put. The Frozen Mallet is a really good option to combine with this Lulu build because she's one of the bests chasers in this game with that item, combine it with the red buff and you'll destroy all of them.

Put some wards or smite the wolfs to be safer,be ware with counter jungling and do the possible to avoid it. Use the jungle bug and rush Ranger's Trailblazer.
Stay in jungle until level 4 because if you gank a lot in early the jungle will be really hard for you.

The Lulu jungler is op chasing. Use the typical combo to destroy them.

1- Use Whimsy on yourself.
2- Put Pix on the enemy with Help, Pix!
3- With Pix on the enemy cast Glitterlance to slow him.

If you're outrange and you cant cast Help, Pix! on the enemy, try to put Pix on a minon and cast Glitterlance fast.

Lulu was made to be support, the team work is in all of her abilities.
+You can slow with Glitterlance.
+Disable the enemies or increase the moviment speed with Whimsy,
+Put shield or grant vision with Help, Pix!
+Or put alot of life with Wild Growth

Lulu is one of the most helpfull champion on League Of Legends, the bad thing is her abilities only increase with ap and this build have 0 AP.

Lulu jungle is awesome, be ware in the jungle because she's really squishy and care with HP. Try to jungle AFK until lvl 4. She can turnaround the game easyly, just position like an ADC, if they jump on you, use the ultimate and the increase of moviment speed. Get the red buff when u have some items and chase, you'll laugh alot!
