Oh...forgot I put that there. If you have a game against a heavy magic team it would still be a good item. 53 AP, a decent passive for team fights, 25 mr, and good regen.

Didn't read fully but post rework Athene's stats are awful on pretty much any midlaner, galio included. 25 mres and 40 AP is suboptimal at any level, and it's not your W that'll make it worth.
