I used this build in dominion. It was fun.

Needs more dunking, but other than that i would say this is a great build.

I just tried out this guide , and it works like a dream, came against Malzahar top lane, and i gotta l tell you, i was a little concerned at start, but when i saw what kinda damage i did i was just like LoL!! ended the game with 5-1-5 (other team surrender :( )

Only one thing about the mastery i did change , was as you mentioned the loss of spellvamp in ultility
I took 1 point out of HAVOK -1 point out of ARCHMAGE, and skipped the bottom point.
and instead put them into TRANSMUTATION+quints -9SV at lvl 1. worked like a dream
