I don't agree with Good Hands, or the fact that you play Malph strictly as a tank. He can be a pretty unstoppable force if you build Frozen Mallet followed by Frozen Heart (CD reduction is priceless for malph, especially if you can approach the 50% mark). Odyn's Veil is a good choice but only if you remember to use the active. If you find yourself not using it, then it's not worth it and is better to be replaced by Sunfire Cape honestly.
Secondly, Berserker's Greaves or the CD boots are better. Make sure you grab the CD + Health starting item (can't remember name, but it's built from a Health Crystal)
Health potion is ******ed in dominion. I find myself needing a mana potion instead early game. After early game Malph should not have mana problems.
I believe malph can be a lot more aggressive and offensive.

I love your build! It's so much fun!
I like to start with ninja tabi, and regrowth pendant, and if I die early build philosopher's stone. If not I rush into glacial shroud.
