lol... I do have archangel staff and I do have MPen runes... 21/0/9 cos of 5% increased damage... I don't know why would anyone use utility mastery... I use only offense and sometimes defense..

why 21-0-9, instead of 9-0-21? i always do that as a mastery setup for malzahar. i also pick up clarity and ignite, because im sure you know that spamming his spells is one of his strengths because of the voidling summon passive. also, why not magic pen marks? i agree with the AP/ lvl runes for sure though, and the items, though i do usually get archangels staff for mana and for the mp5.
