Hello and welcome to my Malzahar guide. This is an AP-Mid-Tanky guide. I assure you that this is an awesome and ownage guide. Malzahar is an OP but at the same time not the easiest one. If u will follow with my guide i assure you that will be an OP one.

PROS:

Amazing nuker

Strong AoE amage

Very good farmer

Excellent harass


CONS:

Squishy

Vulnerable when abilities are on cooldown

No escape mechanisms

Too good of a lane pusher?

Malzahar is a really easy champion to farm with. If you put your spells at work to activate the passive, your voidling in combination with your Malefic Vision will farm the lane without any help from your normal attacks or other spells. You always must have your voidling next to you. If you see that you have problems at low level with farming you can use the Null zone to maximize the damage taken by the minions from the Malefic Visions. You can use normal attacks to last hit some minions if you think you can.

I think that on Malzahar are two ways to play an long staying on lane type wich means that you will pick Flash and Clarity and an offensive one with Flash and Ignite. If you play the offensive one ALWAYS remember to ignite your enemy when you are channeling your Nether Grasp and always use your mana wisely.

In this point of the chapter is really obvious that i will speak about the skill sequence. I will present you two sequences.

The first one is the normal combo wich is something like that:

On the enemy,
and
on minions.

About items are not very much things to say:
-You should take some Health, Mana, Magic Penetration, Ability Power;
-When you are on the point to die cast the Zhonya`s Hourglass it will take you in the invulnerability phase.
-If u see that you are having an easy lane change the Rod Of Ages with an Liandry`s Torment, the Rylai`s Crystal Scepter with an Mejai Soulstealer (Mejai only if u see that you get kills really easy and often) or with an Archangel Staff (if u take Archangel`s Staff spam spells to transform it into a Serafim`s Embrace which was added in the Preseason 3).

You must have always the blue buff on you. It helps you a lot with the spell spamming because you will remain fast without mana. If you see that you kill the blue buff fast, you can take the red one buff too. If you need gold you can make the wolves and wraiths camps.
