Test 1: game went great, 40% cooldown was insane. I was almost able to afford the archangels staff before we won, and I had around 4300 mana. The AP from ROA gives me just enough dmg to clear minion waves with ult. I'm hoping to get a longer game to see how the full build performs.
Test 2: went 12-2 and was only missing the banshee veil and lich bane, but due to an feeding AP trist and trundle we lost. I had quite a bit of farm and kills which led to me to thinking the orignal build may have been too expensive with archangel staff. I changed out a few items and switched from AP to AD, also rendering lots of nice early game cheap items. We'll see how the next game goes with the new build.
