Try to organise things where you think it would be best so it would be more pleasing to read, for example items section:
Separate Starting Items/Core Items/Situational Items (Last or special occasion]
And should look something like this
- Write what it will give, how it would help, when to get it etc.

- Adds ctitical chance, attak and movement speed, overall a good item for Twitch, combines well with and makes you even more mobile.

Dont forget to use Bold, Underline and color to point out important things.
Dont use annoying colors a lot :)

Nice build, add some icons to make it look better :) other than that the build was good. name was confusing XD i thught it was all out tanking but then i saw a RoA :o

the CDR is over cap. u could consider merc's treads which compensate ur tanky build(adding to omen's active also). phil stone and heart of gold shine if u build em early. RoA needs 12.5 mins to cap its passive so if u go a bit late on it it would still be ok as u r not eager for its AP boost, and HoG and stone will make up for mana and health pools. consider getting an early lvl at toss cause it works wonders at brush check and overall sight as it can grant u leap over walls, prevent ganks blah blah blah. nice try anyway.
