you only get one pair. i just listed them both because they are both viable options for this build.

you cant stack movement speed as far as i know xD

i have 2 boots there because they are very important things to have as a Maokai player. you need the move speed because you are one of the slower champions in the game and the other additions save you neck on many an occasion, making them very strong core components. basically my way of saying you need tier 2 boots early on because they are so effective.

+1 for a great build and guide but why do you have two boots on your core bulild? you explained you have to choose between them but they should not be there
