Depending on the enemy team you may want to replace Wit's End or Executioners Calling with Sword Of The Divine.
A few games while using this build have gone fairly long and I've completed the build and money is piling up. When this happened I just went through and replaced items depending on the enemy team with Phantom Dancer's and Infinity Edge.
