Tips
The playstyle is simple: unless you're really ahead, use your R on an isolated target, kill them quickly, and leave with your explate ms. If things go wrong, you can just R away. By catching enemies off guard, your R will be back up before they even respawn, allowing you to avoid 5v5 teamfights (which are Warwick's nightmare).
If you're close to level 11 or 16, try to level up before fighting to lower your R cooldown. To optimize your first clear, use Q and W simultaneously and use E2 to animation-cancel your auto attacks. For your pathing: start Red and smite it, then Q+W Krugs. When you get to Gromp, leave it at 400 HP, smite Blue, and then finish Gromp to carry over the attack speed buff to Blue.
The main counter to this build (and all Warwick builds) is QSS. However, since your ultimate has such a low cooldown, you can easily bait it out before a major fight. Ultimately, this build gives you incredible agency: your R is almost always available, you can't be kited, and you output high damage while remaining tanky.
