not as good as an ap yi or an full dps yi build
It depends on what the team needs, if they need someone who will win top and being able to do whatever he want, this is a great choice.
Now I have played one game with it. Played normal game on duo-lane. Sry, didn't get sololane. Well a bit low dmg but works well on tanking. Playing is a bit like playing Tank-Sivir. Meditate is working pretty much like with buffed AP-Yi. Stats were 5/1/7 if someone is interested. Tested that build on my Nordic and East -account.

You have really got an idea over there. :P I like it. Some new ideas combined to old ones with special idea as a background. Certainly works against each champ. :) Gonna test it soon but I am sure that this is fancy. :P
