Why i Did This Build

I have seen so much videos on youtube saying about "ultra speed champion" and i noted that there isn't the summoner spell revive in any of them so i did my part and try it with revive ;D

revive + ghost + highlander + boots of mobility + 5 phantom dancers = AWESOME CRAZY SPEED

TRY IT AGAINST ANY BOT FIRST AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM SAYING ;D
