first off, you will have spent about 5k gold before your first item that gives any damage at which point you went for atmas impaler. atmas is an item that gives damage based on how much hp you have..yi having some of the lowest hp in the game wont add much damage at all especialy since you dont have any hp items on your build before atmas. it will probably add like 20-30 damage for a 2400 gold item.
so now you are at 7.5k gold spent and you have like 30 increased damage,
20%lifesteal,85% ias,phantom changed, so youll have like 40%ish crit chance,and 45 armor.
with so little damage, your lifeleach wont do much, your crit wont do much, and your armor might make jungling easier,but thats about it. you put your only 2 damage items very last,and many games dont last that long. just some stuff to chew on.
