I recommend Ghost and Cleanse.
Many stuns can be dodged with Alpha Strike (I'll make a video later).
The problem with Exhaust is that it slows the target down and decreases damage. Master Yi isn't afraid of damage, whereas Ghost Synergieses with Highlander making it more effective, I'll remove it from the unviable choices though, since it CAN be used in certain context.

Exhaust is important on Master Yi because you have no CC. Even with Ghost and Highlander is very self-centered, and a stun can destroy you. I also suggest Cleanse is put in this build as well. With jungling, you should also probably have some armor as well. +1 and hope to see some changes?
