Trinity + Berserker's is HUGE MOV SPEED!
When you complete those items, you end up with 400 base movement speed, which is incredibly good. And with the buff to Yone's Q, you can proc Sheen and deal a lot of damage.
BT is necessary
Since you don't have any form of lifesteal or healing in your runes or starting items, BT is very important after 100% crit, but you can buy a Vampiric Scepter beforehand and save it.
