i do sacrifice early game dominance for late game power, I see it as a neccessary trade off, to be in absolute control of my lane early game so i never have to leave the lane, when i do leave its like 20-30 mins into the game and by then i have enough to get the core build, starks, swiftness, and dancer, thats all i need to own, the last 3 items are just there for pure late game dominance. As well iam usually soloing my lane so i go with turtle to stop harrassment, and ever since nerf, phoenix isnt potent enough to slow the skilling of ur main damage dealers and survival skills.

I agree with you that Tiger Stance is awesome, but IMO it better to get early game. You are running ArP so he will hit harder making Tiger more of an early game skill.

Ive got a Tiger Stance build, and taking it early can make a difference in game play. Udyr is a hard carry, but if you play him right early game, mid and late games wont seem so long and drawn out. You arent getting the DPS you are capable of if you dont get Tiger early on.

Also, you wait to get Phoenix till 16? That is one of his best farming tools, why wait so long to get it?

The cost of this build is extreme too. How will you get such items, if you have to wait till late game to get the kills you need to get the gold you need? The only item I can agree with is Starks and Phantom Dancer.
