Thanks for letting me know about Veigar. I was trying to think of who else could have higher burst. Now that you mention that I'd probably agree with you. I did just fix a lot of sections per your request (I wrote a lot of it when I was tired and didn't realize how confusing it was), but to me the language seems mostly reasonable. Go easy on me. I'm new to Mobafire ;)

Oh and I can't do more than what I've written in the guide to try to convince you of Boots of Mobility's merit. Trust me, I don't use them for anyone other than assassins, but I use them unfailingly with Leblanc and they work.

For one Veigar has highest burst in the game. 2nd Parts of your sections are really confusing at first glance. Could you please take the time to read over it and fix it so it can be comprehensible. Also BOOTS OF MOOBILLIIITTYY HNNNGHHHHH!!!!
