I know, I thought about this for early trading, since her low-level q dmg got nerfed, youll want to kite the enemy with q and aa's, and with hybrid pen your aa's will deal quite alot of dmg early on :)

I think you should use Greater Mark of Magic Penetration instead of greater mark of hybrid penetration since Syndra doesn't really do physical damage.
