Not bad but shouldn't you take MR seals instead of armor seals because your fighting mages?
I would recommend taking at lvl two and your skill full skill combo should be like this

It seems although this build has 4000+ views, only three people have voted for it :(

Why, thank you too, my good fellow. :)

I voted up cuz this is an original and renewing idea. WW is sustainable so why not let him deny the Carry at mid? carries need farm and WW stops them. You need a jungler like noc or so to go jungle and let a carry solo top. So that they still get the farm. Works well with premades i think

Thank you :)

o-o Warwick works at solo top for a reason lol. Putting him at mid denies the space for him to do any good harass / coordinated ganks. I mean he works at mid, but solo top is just his lane. A good AP carry could easily deny a Warwick at mid. If you put warwick at mid, you'll need a sustained caster at solo top.
Again no hate. Just saying Warwick does much better at jungling / solo top.

This is a true statement in it's own way, but when warwick lanes solo top, it actually gives him less room for movement. If I can, I'll upload a video on maybe the first 4-5 minutes of midwick. Warwick needs a lot of movement if you're up against a good caster, lets take a long ranged caster like Brand or Karthus or Anivia. Here, you have to be able to move around a lot so that you can avoid annoying spells like Pillar of Flame, Lay Waste, Flash Frost. To be honest, mid-lane has the most movement space when compared to the other two lanes, so it makes it that much easier to not get shut down early. Just my opinion anyway :) thanks for the feedback :D

First question that came to mind is why do all your mastery trees say 8/0/21? O.O Some little Mobafire bug perhaps. Any how, serious question. Why no Spirit Visage? It's an awesome item in combination with Hungering Strike.

The 8/0/21 thing on the masteries, I was wondering why it happened that way too, and I resetted and re-speced the mastery points again but I couldn't fix it.

And about spirit visage, you're right, it will be a good bonus because it would sync quite nicely with the added magic resist/spell vamp.. I might try this out, I haven't implemented it into midwick because my build was always stable. Thanks though, will take it into consideration :)

WW wrecks Annie in mid :P. She basically has to get within Hungering Strike range to do any amount of damage, and at that point, any damage she does is about to get flipped back on her.

It's an awesome item in combination with Hungering Strike. I'm super excited to test out your second build once servers are back up. 4k ww with atma's looks massively beastly. I like the quints of potency for early game non-magewick, as they definitely do give a nice hefty boost to Hungering Strike, but i'm not so sure I agree with the Marks of Insight. I feel there are more useful alternatives to those. If you're going to add any more early game AP or magic pen, i'd suggest doing it in the glyphs, as they get the most out of it. I also personally love my dodge seals, as they never scale down, no matter how late the game goes. armor becomes somewhat obsolete, the later the game goes (as far as runes are concerned). A fair warning, you'll probably get a bit of flack from the community about taking ghost on WW. I personally don't disagree with it, though I'd probably substitute it for flash or clairvoyance if i'm going mid. Haelstrom has me hooked on clairvoyance. And props to maxing Blood Scent second. It's epic on Midwick.

Great guide! Love the "out of the box" thinking. Keep it up!

Thank you for your feedback! :)

The reason I take magic penetration marks is because early game, it's only Warwick's Hungering Strike that deals damage based on Ability power. His Ultimate - Infinite Duress deals magic damage, so I find that early game, and possibly late-game, it benefits him ever so slightly. This build is still in it's early stages so if you have improvements it would be awesome :)
The reason I do take ghost though is because it's a really good spell to have when chasing an enemy with Blood Scent. But I think I'll include flash as a possible replacement as well :)

Thanks for you feedback again ^^
