I updated the guide after playing MF all day with my build in the AM and switching items around, theory crafting, and trying different items. This is the best combo.

well, you make a good point. Perhaps instead of a second blood thirster a frozen mallet would help a bit more. I usually don't have an issue dying as i'm so fed by end game, the extra damage + lifesteal is more than enough to push towers, mop through team fights, and clear minions. But i'll add that as an optional item as it would not be a bad idea at all, thanks for the input

Having no health items is a little scary but I guess you really want to max that damage for a carry. Have you tried using Frozen Mallet for the slow and just a little bit more of a health buffer?

Yeah, the trick is to start with nothing. Which seems odd because we're all accustomed to buying Something, anything. But with her, it's really more beneficial to save the gold for the earliest possible B.F. Sword -> Infinity Edge rush as possible.
