Due to the season 4 gold changes; gold quints aren't needed anymore, and flat health is better for the early surviabillity. Also, going into lane without any pots is quite dangerous as you will easily get poked down. No wards is not good either as you have no map control, and it's not easy to be the adc without vision.

Haha, I know. The English isn't a very big problem as people will be able to understand your guide, it would only make it nicer.
For coding and tips on making your guide, you could use this. It contains a lot of information on how to format your guide well.

Your general ideas about playing Sona are pretty good and you also explain them good. You could however make your guide better at two points:

• BB-code. I personally don't like the icons being so big when the text is little, maybe you can just do this:

• Punctuation. Your English is good enough to be understood, but a comma, hyphen or capital more once in a while is appreciated!
