Spells:
Exhaust
Flash
Ability Order
Darkness Rise (PASSIVE)
Mordekaiser Passive Ability
Introduction

The summoner spells you should most likely go with are exhaust and flash, these are probably two of the best skills for mordekaiser, the exhaust is obviously for when your target is running away from you, or throwing on a DPS in a team fight (lowering his damage output), and flash for escaping, or catching up to an enemy (since mordekaiser is a very slow champion), you would think ghost, but I prefer flash, it's really your choice.
Level: 12
Teleports your Champion to your mouse cursor. 475 range.
Level: 1
Reduces a target's Attack Damage by 70%, Ability/Item damage by 35% and slows its Movement Speed by 40% for 3 seconds. 550 Range (estimate).

Mace of Spades
On next hit, Mordekaiser swings his mace with such force that it echoes out, striking up to 3 additional nearby targets, dealing his attack damage plus 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 bonus damage. If the target is alone, the bonus damage is doubled.
Usage
This is one of your better skills when you're in a 1v1, because it's got a decently short cool down, this is also good for farming (see farming section for usage) as it hits multiple targets.

Creeping Death
Unleashes a protective cloud of metal shards to surround an ally, increasing their armor and magic resistance by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 and dealing 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+15% of ability power) damage per second to enemies in the cloud for 6 seconds.
Usage
This skill is meant to be used to farm minions well (See farming section for usage), but it's also great for when your in a team fight, or in a 1v1, as it increases your defense and hits surrounding opponents with a set amount of damage. (Plus ability power).

Siphon of Destruction
Mordekaiser damages enemies in a cone in front of him, dealing 65 / 110 / 155 / 200 / 245 (+40% of ability power) magic damage.
For each unit hit, Mordekaiser's shield absorbs an additional 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18 health.
Usage
This is a great multi-purpose skill, it's good for farming (See farming section for detailed information on it) and great for team fights and 1v1's, it's cooldown isn't the greatest but it outputs a great amount of magical damage, and is one of your best harassment tools.

Children of the Grave
Curses an enemy champion for 8 seconds, stealing 3 / 3.5 / 4% life per second, plus an additional 0.1% per 50 AP.
If the target dies while under the effect of the curse, their soul is enslaved and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds. During this time, Mordekaiser gains 25% of their ability power, and attack damage. The spirit gains 65 / 75 / 85% + (+100% of ability power) of Mordekaiser's adjusted damage, ability power, and 50% + (+100% of ability power) of Mordekaiser's health.
Pets can be controlled by holding the alt key and using the right mouse button.
Usage
This skill is meant to be placed on an enemy, preferably there strongest one. And then you and your allies should kill this target right away, if you're in a 1v1 with an enemy champion, it is sometimes a good idea to place this on them in the beginning, as it takes health from them.
The order in which you build you items entirely depends on how your lane is holding, or how your team is doing, if you are dominating the lane, I suggest getting the ability power items before you get the health items, so you'll be able to farm better, and harass more to continue to dominate the lane.
Sorcerer's shoes are to give you a bit of magic penetration early off in the game.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter is to give you a bit of beef, and a good amount of ability power, this will also slow the targets to keep mordekaiser caught up with them.
Sunfire Cape is to give you some defense against those pesky dps, and also to hurt the enemies while there a near you, which is great for team fights.
The abyssal Scepter is to give you some magic resistance, as well as some ability power. If the enemy team doesn't have any ability power champions, I would suggest getting something else. (Like a thorn mail)
The Rod of ages if for some more beef, aswell as a good amount of ability power.
Rabadon's deathcap is to give you a boost in your ability power, so you're able to hit higher, and get more kills.

When farming, you should always do the following sequence to minions:

Mordekaiser is a very good minion farmer, that is why he is one of my favorite champions, and thus you should easily dominate any lane, no matter who your laning partner is.
If you see that you're falling behind in minion kills, don't be scared to go jungling for a bit, just use the same skill sequence as above and you'll be able to kill just about any minion/monster.

When you start off in your lane, you should harass them as much as you can, and possibly get kills so you can dominate the lane (it should be easy because mordekaiser is a very scary champion), if you're getting pushed back to much, try switch laning partners (depending on who your with).
In the middle of the game, around the 20 minute mark you should have a lot of minion kills, although you should be giving some to your laning partner, if you're taking a lot of the minion kills you should have around 120 minion kills. in the middle of the game you should start making a few kills, not a lot though as you are still building quite beefy. try to start some fights up (if you can win them), but don't think your invincible, as most mordekaisers face this issue.
Around the end of the game, you should start to be finishing up your build, (with a few items left to get) if not try doing a bit of jungling, or trying to have a lane to yourself. you should be starting up some team fights, and making sure you throw your ultimate on there main carry, and you should all be focusing him. if there is a carry. you should be almost un-stoppable at this point.
