First get the regrowth pen. the your syphon and go mid

you can master any way you choose but this seems to work for me the best

you want to lvl up your syphon as fast as possible then your sheild then you MoS

you want to go straight for your force of nature first this giving you hp regen,MR and speed then get your boots (of your choice i perfer magic pen or cdr)

while in mid you try to syphon your enemy while he is in waves of minions for more sheilding

you can wittle away your foe's HP by syphons and sheilding either yourself or a minion you can usually catch your opponent trying to escape just syphon and ignite you should get the kill if your 6 syphon ignite ult

By now you should either have your RoA or Rylai's this is where it gets fun to bulldoze your lane rinse and repeat your early game tactics and if needed port to a un-manned lane to soak up some gold and xp i tend to do this alot since if your successful in early game you become a priority target next you want to get your sunfire cape OR gunblade due to it's spell vamp and Lifesteal you are now entering PROdekaiser mode w/ gunblade you hit harder in everyway plus when you throw your sheild on you gain so much life back when entering a 1v1 combat engage them in a wave of minions so you regain hp your sheild kills the minions giving you extra help from your minions

Late game is basically the same as mid your morde aka god you can tank any turrets left standing or chase the team off so your guys can take turrets/inhib just remember enemy minions are your friends sheild up and go in for the LAWLS i hope this has helped someone this is my first build
