Shen has a lot of Magic Resist and can teleport to you and away from you. A well times E-Q can help, but with a typical Shen build, your maxed out Q won't do much damage.
Ashe
Ashe has a lot of range, she can hit you even out of reach of your E. She can slow you down and hit hard, however if you get close to her she is typically easier to kill. Ash will build lifesteal, so try and avoid getting hit.
Fiora
Fiora Can parry your ULT and stun you with her E. This makes her a difficult champion to fight late game when you are team fighting and need to take her out.
Vayne
Hardest character to fight as Mordekaiser. She can condemn you away to fight better and dodge your E ability. If Vayne builds QSS she can take away your ult. Late game 1v1 will destroy you.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank can be difficult against Mordekaiser especially if it is a 2 vs mordekaiser. Blitzcrank has a farther pull range than you and can throw you into the air. If they have a 2nd, you will have to use your ult to win against them.
Sett
Sett will always beat you late game, if you feed set at the beginning you will never be able to beat him unless you lane switch and fight someone easier to get more gold.
Morgana
Morgana is an even matchup because she can root you and shield her allies from your Ult.
Olaf
Olaf will always beat you early game, he has more damage and health. He can also cancel your Ult with his Ult.
Urgot
Urgot will always destroy you early game. He has more range and is quicker.
Kayn
Kayn is a very dangerous player to be against. Kayn typically jungles, but if you use your ult on him he can just sit in the walls and hide from your attacks, he also has a lot of health late game.
Ahri
Ahri can stop Mord from healing and dealing damage early on. Her Q at the beginning will be very annoying for you as Mordekaiser, however, you don't see her as often as you would think up top.
Lux
Lux doesn't have a lot of health, but she can repeatedly shield herself and allies as well as root you. If you get caught in her roots early game she can take you out.
Vladimir
Vladimir has more range than Mord, but he does less damage. However, Vladimir (If played right against Mord) will build Lifesteal and hit you from far away, he is very dangerous early game.
Swain
Swain can root you and does a decent amount of damage. He will be very annoying early game but if you dont feed him you can take him easily late game.
Riven
Riven can be a pain early game. She can jump around and shield herself, your best bet is to bait her into using her jump and shield, then pull her with E and slam her with Q.
Amumu
Best jg support for mord.
Veigar
Veigar can use his stun circle then Mord can use his pull to get the enemy champion into the stun area. Then Mord can hack at the enemy champion and deal mass damage.
Jinx
Jinx is a very strong character late game, if Jinx is present, Mord can E into Q while Jinx can deal mass amounts of damage from behind.
Karma
Karma can provide movement speed to Mord, making it easier for him to use his E ability to hit enemies.
