This is my first build that I've posted. Please leave comments and let me know what you think.

Morgana is by far one of my favorite champs in the game. She is able to solo a lane if needed or is a great support champ. Lets just get into it.

There are many options for runes with Morgana. I prefer to use straight magic pen on my marks (greater mark of insight).
For my seals I was trying to decide between just straight health or health per lvl. All in all they both do the same thing in end game except for a bit more with per lvl seals so i chose them(Greater seal of vitality).
As for glyphs... There are a few that can benefit Morgana so I actually mixed it up a lil in my build. (Greater Glyph of Potency) (Greater Glyph of Focus)
For quintessences.. I prefer straight health. (Greater Quintessence of Fortitude)

Morgana skills are basic to understand it is just using them correctly to make them effective.

1st I recommend grabbing TORMENTED SOUL. Then at lvl 2 DARK BINDING. At lvl 3 BLACK SHIELD.

After the first 3 lvls it is entirely up to you depending on play style which spells to upgrade faster than others. I prefer to go with upgrading TORMENTED SOUL to its third tier. At its 3rd tier the ability has the the power to take out entire waves of minions if places correctly... Great way to make gold in game.

I use black shield as a way to basically get out of stuns silences and such. You really shouldn't be getting hit much... upgrade as u feel necessary.

Now... DARK BINDING is KEY. This spell can hit like a truck!!! I fully recommend up rading this to max ASAP.


BASIC USE OF SKILLS

Stun with DARK BINDING > Drop TORMENTED SOUL under them as u trap them. If your close use your ultimate(works better in team fights) SOUL SHACKLES

Dorans ring for a quick boost at the beginning. Boots... DUH! Tear of the Goddess.. Morgana can run out of mana fast. this helps alot. Rod of ages... Health and AP main stuff for Morgana. Rabadon's Deathcap needed for most casters... Also after you get Archangel's Staff the combo is insane.
Zhonya's Hourglass complements your Ultimate greatly in team fights... slow there entire team down and dont get touched at all!

Sell Dorans Ring and then start LICH BANE. This item is just awesome... speed ability power and SHEEN!!!
