Spellshield vs continuous harass and overtime CC. Karma can easily poke freely and her only true CC, W has a 2 second tether, easily outlasting Spellshield or breaking it with the damage. But if Karma ends up behind in lane, she won't have the damage to break Morg's spellshield.
Janna
Janna can use her ultimate to bump Morgana away when she cast ultimate until Morgana get Stopwatch / Zhonya.
Sona
Sona can poke you with her Q and negate spellshield with it or hit you both with adc. Then she use R.
Zyra
Skill matchup. She can blocks your Q with her flowers. You can block her spells with your E. Zyra has massive burst damage, but she is very squishy.
Soraka
Skill matchup. Depends on if you can land your Q.
Lulu
Press E to ruin her day. But she is always playing with hard carry adc (Twitch, Vayne, Kog Maw, Jinx), so she stays back and protect adc.
Lux
Lux is weak when she misses her snare, use your spelshield to protect yourself
Annie
If she tries to stun your ally with Q, you have enough time to pop up your E and deny the stun and some of the damage depending on the rank of your E.
Veigar
When he uses his E, shield yourself or your adc immediately. Then feel free to hit your Q.
Nautilus
You just have to predict when is he going to throw an anchor or ult and shield your allies. You can also focus adc when he fails all his CC, because he will be on Cooldown.
Nami
When you're Morgana, use your shield on you or you adc when nami tries to Q or R. Warding bot bushes helps too.
Alistar
It's very simple, Alistar is a Full CC champ, You just have to predict when is he going to jump and shield your allies. You can also focus adc when alistar fails all his CC, because he will be on Cooldown.
Taric
Just use your shield on the target of his stun and cage his ADC. He'll be pretty much useless.
Bard
Use spell shield when bard ult on your strongest ally. When Bard roams, zone the enemy adc as much as possible.
Braum
Press E and win. Two things that Braum is good for are his tankiness and his hard CC. We can eliminate one of those things. Morg's Spell shield can cancel that CC from his passive and Q.
Leona
Always keep an itch trigger finger with your Black Trigger to counter her Solar Flare. Stopping her from engaging with it on you or your AD will pretty much stop the engage entirely.
Tahm Kench
While Morg's shield up, Tahm Kench can't eat her / her adc, can't stack passive, etc.. nothing at all.
Blitzcrank
Save your Black Shield for his Grabs and only the grabs.
Thresh
Just toss your shield as you see the hook approaching. No stuns, but Thresh can still leap as long as the hook remains. However he can't Flay if the shield is up. Stunning Thresh with your Q as Morgana when he hooks you prevent him from comming on you.
Caitlyn
Great combo with stun / traps and you both can poke well.
Jinx
Great protection and perma stun, when you use Q, R and she her E.
Varus
Perma stun thanks to his ult and your Q, R.

Really strong early game and kill potential.

If he roots someone with his W, it´s easy to hit Q and opposite. High lane kill potentional.
