Hello! This is my first build I make, so be nice!

Anyways...

This is one of the best builds I've used for Morgana. With this build you can just initiate any teamfight without risking any deaths.

I know this isn't the most detailed strategy build, but with the items and skill leveling sequence is what makes a build great.

So.... Here's the build!

This runes are good. No need to explain. This is the one. No more.

Ok, with these Runes you'll get a good start on your AP, some MR to get some sustain against your mid champion. Also the mana regen is GREAT on Morgana, since her abilities use some CRAZY mana. And finally, the magic penetration, that will give you a great boost against champs with MR.

With this mastery set you'll get 22 AP at lvl 18. Not much, but it helps, it'll give you around 18 more damage on your snare, 4 more damage on Tormented Soil, 15 more damaged blocked with your shield, and a total of 32 damage on your ult (16 each time).

Besides that, it gives you 4% cooldown reduction, and with your full build you'll end up with 24% cooldown reduction helping you a lot with your high CD abilities.

But wait! You will also get 5% more AP with this purchase! For every 100 AP you have, we'll add in a whooping 5 AP to your current total!

So yeah, +3 per 5 mana regen... 216 mana at lvl 18... blah blah blah...

In this section we will tell you why this set is the best for Morgana.

Sorcerer's Boots:
Of course, this gives you +70 movement speed and +20 magic penetration. I like to rush it as my first item after the Meki Pendant, but that's your choice.

Zhonya's Hourglass:
Dude... Do you really know what this does to Morgana? It gives her a whooping 2 seconds of invulnerability. Do you know what that means? You can go in a 5v1, start your ult, wait for all of them to start initiating on you, and poof. This doesn't interrupt your ultimate! It will just continue! They will use all their combos and you will not even feel a breeze. And by now, all your team will be destroying the now stunned champs you left with less than half HP. And that, is why I grab this OP'ed item.

Guardian Angel:
This is a great item for Morgana, really GREAT. It gives you Armor and Magic Resist for some sustain. Take the Null-Magic Coat early for some defense in your mid lane. Well, this gives you Armor and MR, so what? psst... This is a secret but... While you are revivng... Yur ult keeps on going! You could do this without risking a kill for the other team:
-Go inside a 5v1
-Activate your ultimate.
-Use Zhonya's
-Die.
-Guardian Angel will revive you.
-All are now stunned.
-You can now just walk out the door with all your team killing the remainders of your ult.

Morello's Evil Tome:
It gives 20% cooldown reduction for your 11, 10, 15, and 120 seconds cooldown timers. It will help you a lot during teamfights or on a 1v1 against your lane champ. Besides all this, it gives you 75 AP, which is the 4th highest value in all the game. But wait! It also gives you 12 mana regen per 5 seconds. Great item for the mana hungry Morgana.

Rabbadon's Deathcap:
BOOM! 140 AP for your champion. But that's not all! You get 30% more AP! So in other words, this item gives you alone 182 AP. Imagine that bonus, but with all the AP you have currently.

Will of the Ancients:
Finally comes WotA. It gives you +50 AP plus an Aura for all your team of +30 AP and 20% spell vamp. For every 1 point of damage that you do, you'll receive 0.2 HP back. That's not all! With her amazing passive of (now that it is nerfed from 30%) 20% spell vamp it adds up to a total of 40% spell vamp. Almost half of all the damage will become health for you.

Ok, now on your skill sequence. Easy too memorize. It is basically there for you.

Dark Binding ---> Tormented Soil ---> Black Shield ---> Soul Shackles
(Q) (W) (E) (R)

See? It is just there for you in your keyboard. Just a tip, do this as FAST as possible. If you don't, the snare won't be enough for your ultimate to stun your enemy. If in any case, which I don't think will happen, your opponent survives, you can just repeat the sequence.
