not a single icon was used, just word coding, you talk about consistancy, and yet you havent updated for S3. guide is also short.

Another thing I'd recommend discussing is her harassing with basic attacks. Her attack range is excellent and even among the biggest in the game (during first level of course, let's not forget

I like what you've done here, nice work! I voted up (you can get better votes by requiring a comment).

Good build, similar to the way I build Annie in a lot of ways. I nearly always start with Boots of Speed and 3 health potions when going mid, and I'm a fan of rushing either a catalyst or buying 1-2 doran's rings on my first trip back, rather than rushing deathcap, but it looks like the Annie we end up with is very similar. Right now I'm rocking Potency Quints, but throwing in one or two health quints helps a lot when you don't go Doran's Ring; careful and wily play mid, however, prevents getting bursted down with the limited health pool. 3 health pots affording 600 extra health, effectively, is a great way to go for lane sustainability right off the bat. Good section on most viable mid champions, and good explanation of Annie's role at each stage of the game. Keep up the good work!
Im experimenting more with boots and 3 health pots nowadays especially when im going against someone like brand or lux who can range harass me. I still like Dorans against less dangerous mid opponents who wont be damaging you much
