Hello My name is Alenivan/Tirantus but what do you care? You came here to learn about Viktor, and that is why I wrote this.


*Note this is my first guide so leave me some feedback :)

Pros
VERY Strong abilites
Great CC
Long range "poke"
Med Range harass

Cons
Long Stun CD
Can be locked down very easily
Death Ray Requires some skill

For masteries I take 21/0/9 to maximize my damage and mana regen for nice harass early game and outrageous burst mid/late game

For Runes I take 9 Magic pen marks, 9 AP per level Seals, and 9 AP for level Glyphs.
My reasoning is to get as much AP as possible without needing AP items right off the bat.
With your Hex core you wont need an AP item to start like a Doren's ring.

The above build says it all except what items are situational....AKA Void Staff...Id sub it in for The Hourglass if you're against a team that is stacking MR, if not then go Hourglass because it can save your life in a pinch

So...you want to be a wizard? Well too bad because here I'll teach you how to play the one, the only, Victor.

Early Game
At the start, you are going to want to last hit with your Auto attacks while harrasing with your Q. The reason you want to start with Q is so you have a shield that can block damage from minions,spell, attacks, you name it. Just keep farming but remember not to overextend. By level 6 you should be able to burst down anything from half health. Just remember the combo, W>R>E>Q this will allow you to effectively stun, silence, damage, and slow your target.

Mid Game
By this time you have undoubtedly gotten some kills and should have your Boots and RoA, if not, then you defiantly want to soon because the longer you have that bad boy the more AP, Mana, And HP you get. When you are ganking, you want to lead with your W behind the enemy team to cut them off from their tower or to get a good slow off. then begin the burst combo. Not much too it.

Late Game
Its prime time for Viktor, at the end of the game, viktor is a monster with aoe damage. Just one Death Ray can turn the tide of any battle. just remember that you are NOT a tank and should not play as such. You are a mage, a beefy mage with long range. Remember to "Poke" with your E to wear down enemies before a fight.

Well....because mobafire doesn't let builds be full guilds without a certain number of letters i decided to take this time to write about my cats...My cat Callie blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah my family Ah that was a nice story...WHAT STILL NOT 5,000!?!??!?!? UGH! This means im going to have to include a mini section about dominion....Ok so in dominion I like to start with the Prospectors ring and i like Bot, the Skill order stays the same but for items I would take the ring, sorc boots, rush the crystal scepter, into a deathcap, to a will of the ancients, and end it with a void staff....Ok that should be enough... probably not...
