Simple, Really
With this build you'll be zooming along river to help other lanes faster than a Bard can say "ding ****," and weaving in and out of combat to nuke your enemies with Zephyr. (And by 'nuke' I mean doing an amount of damage that is simultaneously surprising and disappointing.)
This is a cheese build. I don't recommend it to someone who wants to do well. I do recommend it to someone who wants to go fast.

Let Them Think You're Harmless
Start in lane, like a normal Support would. Try to pick up a kill or two. Once you get Boots of Mobility, roam mid and try to pick up an assist with help from Predator (and possibly Ghost).
Close In for the Kill
How perform the gank:
-
1. Smash that Predator buff
2. Ghost to build up speed
3. Twin Shadows as you approach lane
4. Just before you're in range for Zephyr, hit Shurelya's and Spellbinder (if it has charges)
5. Launch that sweet, sweet Zephyr Bomb.
6. Follow up with Q and basic attacks to finish them off.
