Items

I tend not to get Phantom dancer often but It can be a very good item for speed, back door tower harassment. Also void staff over deathcap can be good to get due to lower cost and vs beefy high magic resist opposition.

Runes

As for Seals I find that just about any 9 defensive seals would be good. Heath/regen, armor,magic resist,dodge.
