I use on a personal level Ghost and exhaust i use those because to chase people and get away from people

Heal (for those just in-case moments)

you guy should know why :)

Items

Sheen: good item at start for mana, really cheap item from start and it increases your attack damage buy 80% after use of and ability

Besekers greaves: i get these for the atk speed cause poppy need some what atk speed from start

Trinity Force: a MUST NEED ITEM for poppy cause it boosts all stats and makes you faster.

Phantoms dancers: for SPEED and makes u crit alot more

HExttech gunblade: life steal and vamp steal

Black CLeaver: makes them reduce armor and atk speed

IE: better crits and atk dmg
