I don't get the random champion builds like rengar, taric and stuff.
Horrible runes, masteries, builds, some ability sequences. If they're unrelated.
I'd remove them or make them better.

IE is not that useful if you have low crit chance. You could actually go Mercs (tenacity op), gauntlet, wit's end, botrk, zephyr (for extra move speed and kiting advantage), and well you could use some health then so warmogs op I guess? :D
Last Whisper isn't that strong with your idea because first of all Vayne does true damage. Second you deal some magic damage with Wit's End. And lastly with combo of a bit of Life Steal/Health + Armor and MR you become bruiserish, making The Black Cleaver more viable for armor penetration than Last Whisper.
Your idea is overall good but remember not to build IE as the only crit chance item. It's better to go for The Bloodthirster then, since IE on its own does not grant that much damage increase, and a bit of life steal might save your life.

Yes. Sheen is a decent item on vayne. 1 thing you can also add to the list of items. Triforce would be an offensive choice for Vayne, while Gauntlet is defensive and great for micro kiting like you say. With gauntlet you've got armor, and you're most likely to build some lifesteal too (at least botrk). For that reason you've got indirect health and armor. Now you need some MR. Vayne heavily relies on auto attack and attack speed. For this reason, you can create some sort of "bruiser" vayne and get Wit's End too, since then you'll get more MR and attack speed.

Exactly. So just because imo vayne is a "unique" carry, sort of, in my mind, a prime build would be: Bers Boots with furor, botrk or bt (i prefer botrk on vayne), gauntlet, wits end, lw, and maybe an ie? although i guess you can skip the wits end, switch the gauntlet for a triforce, and go for a schmitar if you need the cleanse, or a ga for the precious respawn.

Great guide.. Was a nice reading overall.. I have a question though. I play any role in soloq, im pretty average at all roles, but my best role is adc. I will start trying top lane bruiser with your thoughts and post the results, but till then: When reading the Sheen part, one champion came in my mind above all else. Vayne. If you get a Sheen after a BF sword for example, isnt it a great way to boost your damage? I mean tumble is a great gap closer for you, and the autoattack after that will be devastating. And later on you can upgrade the sheen to a gauntlet or so, giving you the edge on the teamfights, because vayve relies heavily on positioning and "micro-kiting" the other champion, till she kills him. Your thoughts?
