Hi! ^_^ I would like to give you some feedback on your cheat sheet;

Runes:

Please don't use greater mark of armor penetration. Its really terrible on Nami and if someone else were to follow the guide, chances are he wouldn't go past the cheat sheet.

Items:

Standard start is either lacking a ward/ Health Potion or three Health Potions.
Ruby Sightstone doesn't have to be a core. Sightstone is pretty much the same but with less health and one less charge on the wards. However; wards you can place remains the same.
I'm not a Nami player so I'm not sure about the rest of the items to give you feedback on them.

Abilities:

You're better off maxing a skill by 9, then you are by 10. Some champions have their exceptions, but Nami isn't one of them.
Maxing Tidecaller's Blessing before Aqua Prison is much better. Aqua Prison's stun duration does not scale its level.
