Hello, I am SP Brizi the founder of Spirit eSports and a high elo player for a majority of 2 years. When doing the ability sequence, I find it easiest to get the 3 stacks that Brands passive Blaze needs to destruct, going Conflagration >> Sear >> Pillar of Flame >> Pyroclasm

By doing such an ability order, the Blaze passive starts off with the point and click Conflagration so you can quickly follow up with a Sear for the 1.5 second stun, and while they are stunned from the sear passive you quickly drop the Pillar of Flame on top of your stunned target which will pop the Blaze passive to blow up for high damage, then finally follow it up with Pyroclasm and dropping the Ignite is the way I find it best suitable to get the maximum DPS out of Brands abilities for a sequence to kill.

Farming with Brand is pretty easy once you hit level 3, you can fully use the ability order as followed to farm.

A wave ability sequence:
Start off on a minion wave with the AoE ability Pillar of Flame landed on the minion wave, then that should pop the Blaze passive then on any minion in the wave with the Blaze passive active, use Conflagration on it to use the passive of Conflagration and it should clear the wave. I personally start using this farming method after I get a [[rylai's crystal sceptre] and clear/farm that way.

Jungle camp:
After you clear your wave of farm, when the crimson raptor minions are up in the jungle, use your Pillar of Flame ability over the location in the fog of war where the crimson camp is located, this is a good way to earn 30g and 3 cs from the small crimson raptor minions, once done just go back to laning or back to buy items.
