I couldn't remember exactly what it was so i couldn't fill out the chart. Get his slow fist. Then Q. Max Nasus's Q immediatley, but don't forget about his E and ult. After Q is maxed upgrade Spirit Fire, then Wither (his slow), and just repeat that pattern. Always upgrade ult, don't be stupid and not upgrade it...
The reason these items are selected is for movement, and quick damage. While purchacing Trinity force, buy the saphire crystal first, then zeal, then sheen, then finish trinity. If you are receiving a lot of damage then instead of purchasing a phantom dancer buy Wriggle's Lantern for armor, damage, and life steal.
Exhaust is a must for Nasus because the more you farm, and the farther in the game you get, once you are seen the enemy team will start running. The reason for Revive is because you will (or should be) a key role for your team. When you die you need to be back right away to finsh the fight.
For runes, save your money for teir 3, it will cost around 9940 IP or something like that. The reason for Armor pen. marks and two armor pen. Quintessences is so that you can penetrate the other teams armor and still take away half their health. Damage per level seals, glyphs, and one Quintessence, because damage makes the world go round.
After the initial gank for first blood you should attack minions in the bottom lane right away so that you can get to lvl 2 ASAP. Once you are lvl 2 you will begin farming with siphoning strike (Q) because whenever the ability is used to kill a unit it gains 3 damage. Once you get Spirit Fire (E) you will begin to harass the enemy team in your lane. You want to be careful while doing this because it leads to mana starvation.
By now you should have a few kills and be at least halfway through Trinity force. Your Q damage is up because you have been farming, you have your slow (W), and your E. To initiate a fight you begin with your slow. they will start to run so put your Spirit Fire so that they have to run through most of it. Keep attacking and using Q. When your slow ends use your exhaust and coninue to chase. If they are close to dead, but you are in turret range. Slow them again, Use your ult (R) Fury of the sands, attack with Q and E.
You are fed. Part way through Phantom Dancer or Wriggle's Lantern. You continue to attack the enemy the same way you were before, and now that you have enough damage using your ult at key times especailly in a 2v3 fight is important. With his passive lifesteal and the life steal from the Gunblade(possibly Wriggle's too), and health you should be initiating fights, being targeted and dealing out tons of damage. Don't worry though you have revive so once you die you are back in the fight. Also your Q should be doing around 600 damage so you can back door to get a turret. ONLY BACK DOOR WHEN YOU HAVE REVIVE!!!!!
