i hate to sound like some flamer troll but this is not good.

It's an alright build. Obviously used for norm games and casual games. One thing that disturbed me though is "You don't need to get trinity force first, just sheen." I've been playing Nasus for a while game. Close to 50 games experience. I've found it better to rush the trinity before any other items (Except boots). The extra move speed, attack speed, damage, health, and passive slow really helps out. Not to mention that the trin proc is going to do a signifigantly larger amount of damage than a flat sheen would. It just gives you that small edge over the other team. Also, why an infinity edge and warmog/atma combo? I've found it better to build offtank items like Wits End and Hexdrinker over the straight dps items. It gives you a better resistance vs health ratio and if you farm your Q correctly, you do just as much damage as if you had those dps items.
