After you get enough money to buy a philo stone, teleport back to base buy it and use to the teleport skill to go back to your lane to not lose crucial early game xp.

After that you rush sheen and then get normal boots. You should try to get triforce atleast before you are 20 minutes in game. The sequence to get your tri force items are. Sheen then Phage then Zeal.

BOOTS(Upgrade after getting Triforce): A new strategy I have come up with is buying ionian boots to farm my Q faster and then selling it in the end to get merc treads to be the God of all tanks.

Teleport: This skill is a must have for people who are team players and want to get towers down. Nasus is a great pusher and when you have a minion wave that is attacking a tower Nasus towrards late game can easily take towers down using his Q.
