What do you think about some AP on Nautilus jungle ?
I'm talking about demonic embrace and dark seal/mejai.
I tend to prefer frostfire gauntlet considering the recent changes since it is cheap and provide a lot of HP so I can build some AP afterwards while being tanky (the size increase is kind of cool on Nauty too xD).

You can consider dark seal without mejai.
It is gold efficient without any stack.
So if you max it, you just increase your snowball potential.
While risky, mejai's can give you up to 145 ap and 100hp(+100 more with gauntlet) for 1600gold.
Rylai is 3000gold, the passive is basically useless on Nautilus and give 90ap and 300hp(+100).
If you want more tankiness, you can get mejai + 2 ruby Cristal's for the price of rylai.
And actually buy real tank item from them.
I like the combo frostfire, dark seal, demonic embrace then stoneplate/thornmail/abyssal mask because everything increase both defense and damage/anti heal.
Even the shield from stoneplate trigger the rune shieldbash for some more damage.

This guide is just perfect, it encouraged me to play the new jungle and actually rock on it... now im thinking seriously on playing mostly on jungle this season 5, have been winning 90% of my matches as nautilus since i switched to your method, thanks OP.

Note that if you raise his attack speed above 1 it reduces his w damage because it resets the dot counter before the second tick of damage. also on your recommended build there is overlapping unique passives of tenacity in mercury treads and the juggernaut enchantment. I would go with mobis instead of merc treads for roaming. In "jungle route" it sounds as if you don't recommend backing until lvl 6 while also trying to fit a gank in there, but where does all this sustain come from? i also have one question about rylai's on nautilus, does his w dot apply the slow? If not i might start using that item.
