Good build! I was looking for something to criticize but to be honest it's pretty well done. The only thing I would think of changing would be to replace Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed with something that will increase your jungling speed/ganking power since Dredge Line combined with good positioning should deny any need for movement speed.

I would suggest taking either, as you mention flat health quints/flat armor quints to increase your survivability in early jungling.

Or, you could take Greater Quintessence of Ability Power x3. This will give you an extra 14.85 ability power which will give your burst a nice boost as well as giving a minor boost to your other moves. It's not too big of a boost but it's noticeable and helps a lot more than speed when it comes to ganking early game as well as giving your jungling speed a nice boost.

Very nice build, and excellent start to your guide! I don't see any problems with the build, however your guide is a little puny.

You could elaborate more on gameplay, rather than a small paragraph for each part all in one section called "How To Play".

You can show different tips and tricks, like the dynamics of his Depth Charge, Dredge Line, and Riptide. His abilities work pretty eccentrically, which I just noticed listing those, so that'd be a good addition. Also you can use a Masteries and Summoner Spells section. Other than that, gj +1

+1. Consider taking Greater Mark of Attack Speed on Nautilus, to increase your jungle speed, to make your autoattack animation on Staggering Blow less sluggish and for more Titan's Wrath damage overall. It will help much more than magic pen.
