@thatdudeinthecotton Thanks brooo i realized what i did there and fixed it later on im going to expand on the build.

Your ability sequence is wrong.
You can't put a a second point into an ability at level 2, it isn't allowed by the game.
Also you put 6 points into your W and only 4 into your E.
Also quints of attack damage are generally better than quints of armor pen.
Don't play poppy so can't really comment on anything else.
