What runes do you take against ranged matchups?

Would manamune be a good item to pick? i'm always out of mana and it makes me miss so much cs and makes me a level behind of my toplaner whenever i play with this build. i'll try it out later and hope that i get good results with the adjusted build, any suggestions otherwise for mana issues on graves?

Hey! I dont really have that many mana issues with Graves. I either upgrade a refillable pot into corrupted or just go down the river to get the plants. But maybe an issue is with you using Q too much. try practicing trades and dealing damage with your E and Auto Attacks. you will manage your mana alot better!

Hey I love this guide. Why go PTA, I see others go Fleet/Conc/Elec what makes PTA better? Because Im seriously confused as to which rune to take.

Hey man!

PTA can be easily utilised due to the nature of his Auto Attacks. He can attack past minions to proc against the enemy, allowing for short trades which can also lead into better extended trades as is makes the enemy vulnerable to more damage.

In comparison to other runes; Conq takes wayy too long to stack, making it almost redundant in all fights. Fleet is great for people who arent confident in Graves, as it allows for kiting and sustain, however you lack ALOT of damage. Electrocute is great because it gives you potential to burst them, but the issue is that during its cooldown, its practically useless. PTA grants alot of bonus damage, makes the enemy vulnerable for more damage in extended trades too. The issue with PTA is that it's restricted to auto attacks, and that its generally harder to proc in teamfights.

I play electrocute with Sanguines Blade, which i will need to explain in this guide once I update it. However if you need more guidance, you can check my twitch vods, watch my recent youtube vids on how i play with electrocute. My older youtube vids also display how I use the crit build with PTA too. hope this explains enough, but let me know if you need any more info! gl.

How do we use Graves Ultimate efficiently, I can't tell the perfect time to use it, It doesn't deal that much damage if we use it as the engaging ability, I really want to know how to use graves

Hey man!

Graves Ultimate is normally used to either execute and kill somebody, or to be used against a large amount of people to get the most damage off. Unfortunately, unless you go full lethality it doesn't do much damage, so they have to be pretty low in HP. Whenever you feel you should ult, try to fit in atleast 1 more auto attack just to be sure!

If your lethality graves against a squishy comp it does alot, but if your playing bruiser / crit it wont do much so rely more on your auto attacks than your abilities.
